Meet Brenda Stark, who has an extensive background in sales & marketing and in 2019 she decided to expand on these skills and get her Montana Real Estate license. Brenda also completed a 60 hour salesperson course in Real Estate Principles & the Laws of the State of Montana. She has academic credits with the University of Montana for Real Estate Theory & Law.
Brenda understands what it is like to stand in her clients' shoes. Relocating several times - buying and selling houses of her own - has afforded Brenda the sensitivity towards her clients' journey, which can be attributed to the first-hand perspective she gained through her personal experience. Brenda plans on using these skills in helping you buy or sell your home, using a professional approach, with a personal touch. Buying and selling a home has been well documented as a stressful, demanding process. Brenda would find it an honor to help take that stress and turn it into the most positive experience, on one of the most important purchases of your life.
Brenda was an active member of the Revitalization Association of Main Street in Glenrock WY. She also started an annual private fundraiser event, called the Yak About, that was held in her private equine riding arena. The proceeds from this event went to the Glenrock Senior Centers, "In home meal program" & she grew this to the point she had sponsors, grant money from Converse Country Tourism Board and it drew state wide participants and tourist. She reintroduced barn dancing, held a craft fair, antique tractor club pulls, etc. This event was held annually until she moved from Wyoming in 2014.
Brenda's interests outside of real estate include God, family, community, reading, horses, camping and hunting
